  • Could you write a personal message inside a greeting card and send it directly to the recipient?
    Yes, we can! This is a free service. If you would like to send a greeting card directly to the recipient, we can handwrite your message inside the card and ship it directly to your friends or family. Just let us know the message in the ''add notes to your order'' section in your shopping card, and make sure to set your recipient's address as the delivery address.

                    
    • Can I track my order?
      Most of our orders are shipped through standard services, which are not tracked. In order to track your order you must opt for an upgraded shipping service during checkout. If you did not choose a tracked shipping option during checkout, you cannot track your delivery. For more information, please check out our shipping policy.
    • What is my tracking number?
      Your order will have only been sent through track and trace if you have selected this option during checkout, and you should have received this number after your order has shipped. If you paid for tracked shipping and did not receive a tracking number please let us know
    • Where is my order?
      Please allow up to a week for UK orders to arrive, and up to four weeks for international orders. Please check if your shipping address is correct. If you have not received your order after the above noted times please contact us.

    • My order arrived, but there is a product missing
      If you ordered multiple prints or multiple greeting cards, they will be packaged together in a single plastic sleeve to reduce unnecessary packaging.
      If your order included an A3 sized print, it might have been shipped individually as it's send inside a postal tube. It should mention ''1/2'' or ''2/2'' on the outside of the parcel, indicating that it is one part of your order, and the other part should arrive shortly.

      We always double check orders before dispatching them, but mistakes can happen. If there is a product missing from your order, please contact us at ohgoshcindy@gmail.com with your order number.
