  • What is the difference between the paper options?
    The regular paper is a thick card paper, with a smooth matte finish. The Olmec archival paper is a matte photographic paper. It brings out more detail and colour compared to the regular paper. 

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes

  • What are the shipping costs?
    UK: flat rate of £1.99 (Royal Mail 1st Class)
    Everywhere else: flat rate of £3.99 (Standard Air Mail)

  • How long will shipping take?
    We send out orders within 3 working days of purchase. We usually dispatch orders on Tuesdays and Fridays.
    All items will be packaged to ensure safe delivery.

    Estimated delivery time:

    UK: 1-2 working days (Royal Mail 1st class / NOT tracked)
    Europe: 3-10 working days (Airmail / NOT tracked)
    Everywhere else: 5-21 working days (Airmail / NOT tracked)

    *Please keep in mind that these are ESTIMATED delivery times set by Royal Mail. Your order might be delayed during mailing, and arrive later than listen above.

    We will ship your order to the address you provided. If the address is incorrect please contact us right after purchase. Once your order has shipped to a wrong address we are unable to refund shipping.

  • Can I track my order?
    Upgraded shipping for the UK is through Royal Mail First Class Signed For, which is a more ensured way of shipping but can not be tracked.
    Upgraded shipping for international order will be shipped through a tracked service.

    UK: £5.50 (Royal Mail First Class Signed for)
    Everywhere else: £10.00 (International Tracked)
  • What is my tracking number?
    Your order has only been sent through track and trace if you have selected this option during checkout, and you should have received this number after your order has shipped. If you paid for tracked shipping and did not receive a tracking number please let us know
  • Where is my order?
    Please allow up to a week for UK orders to arrive, and up to four weeks for international orders. Please check if your shipping address is correct. If you have not received your order after the above noted times please contact us.

  • My order arrived, but there is a product missing
    We always double check order before dispatching them, but mistakes can happen. If there is a product missing from your order, please contact us at ohgoshcindy@gmail.com with your order number.

    If your order included an A3 sized print, it will have been shipped individually as it's send inside a postal tube. It should mention ''1/2'' or ''2/2'' on the outside of the parcel, indicating that it is one part of your order, and the other part should arrive shortly.
